Community has been a key focus for Scott throughout his professional life. On the board of businesses in the early childhood sector and through his involvement with an organisational counselling service, Scott enjoys putting his professional skills and expertise to work for his community, and to help Kiwi businesses succeed.

After completing his Bachelor of Commerce and Administration Majoring in Marketing & Management at Victoria University, Scott worked for a major bank for five years in various roles from retail banking through to Institutional and Business banking, where he developed a keen sense of the importance of quality advice.

In 2015, Scott decided it was time to focus on providing advice through his own business, and started Custom Financial Solutions. Fast forward to today, Scott has spent the past six years focused on helping his clients with their personal and business insurance needs, with a keen eye for getting the balance of self-reliance and insurance cover just right for his clients.

Scott has undertaken his Level 5 qualification for financial advice, and has attained the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) in the: Residential Lending Strand (2017); Core Strand (completed 23 December 2020); Life and Health Strand (completed 12 August 2020); and Investment Strand (completed 9 March 2022).

Bianca joined Custom Financial in 2022, bringing in over six years of experience as financial adviser support. Drawing upon her passion for helping people and making a difference, Bianca likes being able to facilitate the admin side of the insurance process for clients, from quotes to claims.

Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, Bianca moved to New Zealand with her young family in mid-2022, looking for a safer, more caring environment to grow her children. Being outdoorsy people, they are looking forward to exploring all the natural wonders that the wider Auckland region has to offer.

When she’s not in the office taking care of clients, or taking walks with the kids, you can find Bianca baking a fresh batch of warm cookies for friends and family to enjoy.
